Electricity is provided by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) through a robust 138 and 345 kV transmission and 13.8 kV distribution system. PSO’s generation mix includes natural gas, coal and wind. Oklahoma is part of the Southwest Power Pool regional transmission organization.

PSO rates are competitive and run approximately 30% below the national average according to EIA (Energy Information Administration) data. See charts below.
